A Little About Sonja

I'm Sonja, a Mindset & Thought Coach and am married to my best friend, living in Arizona. Several years ago, I noticed my life didn't have as much pep as it once did. I was in a depressed state on several medications and I just didn't look forward to life like I once did.

I was in a state of overwhelm, barely surviving due to the anxiety that consumed me. I had spent years trying to achieve a life balance with very little success of reaching it.

I reached out to a therapist, took care of past trauma, kicked anxiety to the curb and I designed my life filled with purpose and meaning. And now I'm living my life to the fullest and hope you join me on the journey!
