I have successfully guided numerous women in clarifying and designing their lives, empowering them to break free from stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt. By fostering a life of balance, purpose, and fulfillment, I provide compassionate support, practical tools, and tailored strategies to help individuals unlock their true potential.

My journey to where I am now was anything but a straight line. In fact, it was filled with unexpected twists and turns...

Growing up in the heart of North Dakota, the idea of becoming more than what I was felt completely foreign. My dream was to be a New York fashion photographer. The truth was I didn’t have the confidence. As the child, I was instilled with the belief that a stable job was the key to success. It was not modeled to me how to make dreams or goals come true.
 
I aimed for stability, worked hard but never felt fulfilled even though I obtained a college degree, had a successful position as a litigation paralegal. I had played it safe only to feel empty inside not feeling joy. 
 
Over the years, the level of anxiety increased so much it took me to my knees at age 48. I could no longer ignore the anxiety, depression or the whisper in my ear that there was more for me. 

I realized I was living from the outside in, no the inside out.

I  took action. 
 
I got a therapist to heal past trauma. I started doing 6 daily practices that I now share with my clients. I worked on shifting my mindset and took control of the ruminating thoughts that kept me at night for hours. 
 
I went from surviving to thriving. Today I manage my coaching business, speak to audiences, have a flexible schedule and spend quality time with family and friends. I finally have a life of balance.

For years. . .
I tried to become what others thought I should be, drifting away from my true values. In the process, 
I lost sight of my own dreams and vision for my life.

What set my journey apart was the approach I took...

THE WAY. . . 
I implemented six daily practices to reduce stress and anxiety, quiet ruminating thoughts, and reset my nervous system. This opened the door to new possibilities. From there, I worked to uncover the negative thoughts and core beliefs that were holding me back from making meaningful changes in my life. I identified my core values and assessed how I was doing in the seven key areas of life, which allowed me to clearly define the life I wanted. With this clarity, I began mapping out the steps to achieve my dream life.

My expertise lies in empowering women like you to transform your life—moving from one filled with stress and anxiety to a life rich with calm, balance, and dedicated “me time.” The impacts of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm can be long-lasting, but with the right guidance, you can break free from their hold.
