What To Expect In Your First 90 Days

Step 1: We will assess where you are currently and create a vision of the life you want to design. This means taking the time to identify your strengths, identify what is working for you currently, look at things that may be stopping you from achieving goals and reflect on why your life vision matters to you. You will begin to use tools and strategies to assist you along you journey. 

Step 2: You will be introduced to the 6-Practices that is a tool for gaining self-awareness, and identify goals to set you on your path for creating the best version of you and the life you want to live.

Step 3: We will create an action plan. This will include setting goals and breaking down your goals into manageable smaller steps and outline specific actions you need to take to achieve goals. Having a clear action plan ensures that you have a roadmap to follow, making it easier to make progress and stay on track during your coaching program and in the future.
